is there forum software that has a built in server with no programming needed, because i am completely illiterate with mySQL or PHPmyadmin. i have a xampp server running now but that’s it. i need something that is free(but i wouldn’t mind paying money for it).
ive already seen SMF, PHPbb, and VBulletin. it all requires programming. i cant make databases and stuff. i want a program where there is an exe where i start the server, then i can manage the board with a program or through the web interface, anything for me?
