What is the best hotel and club in Las Vegas for a single woman . I am going on the 23rd. Thank you.?

I am 41. (a young 41) lol
I guess what I really want to know is what places are more suited to a single woman in her 40′s. I will be traveling alone.
$300.00 or minimum 3 star hotel. I like gambling, fine dining and the night life more than day activities. Also I want a very cold room.
